TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USAGE
- HOLD HARMLESS
- Usage of this system for its intended purpose, to schedule time in the cages or with coaches, is bound by the acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any consequences that come from use of the system, or the use of the equipment on our physical premisses cannot be held to Stod's Ballyard Bellevue.
- Stod's Ballyard Bellevue is held harmless and use is at your own risk.
- NORMAL USAGE (as follows)
- Account is created for intended purpose of creating appointments at Stod's Ballyard Bellevue
- By creating an appointment through the system, you are bound to show up for that appointment (except in cases as follows):
- Physically unable to attend due to medical emergency, or other malady.
- Appointment has been cancelled by Stod's Ballyard Bellevue employee.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you as a courtesy reminder.
- Show for your appointment at least 5 minutes ahead of time at our location. YOU MUST CHECK IN.
- FAILURE TO SHOW AND CLEARING ACCOUNTS
- Failure to show for an appointment, without cancelling at least 60 minutes ahead of time, twice will lead to a block on your online appointment setting priveledges.
- To clear a block, you need to pay a $5.00 account re-instatement fee at the front desk. An employee will then clear your account.
- PRIVACY PRACTICES
- All information collected is kept by Stod's Ballyard Bellevue. No information is sold to any other entities.
- By creating an account, you agree to accepting periodic contact for Stod's Ballyard Bellevue services and camps. This will not be deemed spam in any legal sense.
